About LaDS

Laboratory of Dependable Systems (LaDS) was established in the year of 2001. This is a joint laboratory of Prof. Jiun-Lang Huang (LaDS-I) and Prof. James Chien-Mo Li (LaSD-II). LaDS-II is located in rooms 427 of the Bo-Li building, National Taiwan University. The major research focus of LaDS-II is VLSI testing, diagnosis, asynchronous circuit testing, low power testing, and machine learning.
