Laboratory of Dependable Systems
The Laboratory of Dependable Systems (LaDS) was established in 2001 as a joint laboratory of Prof. Jiun-Lang Huang (LaDS-I) and Prof. James Chien-Mo Li (LaDS-II). LaDS-II is located in room 427 of Barry Lam Hall, National Taiwan University. Its major research focus is VLSI testing, diagnosis, asynchronous circuit testing, low power testing, and machine learning.
